If you live in Philadelphia, you have an opportunity to ensure that all workers have the right to earn paid sick days. How can you do this? By joining the Coalition for Healthy Families and Workplaces for a Letter Writing Party!
In addition to networking, free coffee, and an opportunity to learn more about the need for earned sick days in Philadelphia, we will be asking you to put pen to paper to let your members of Philadelphia City Council know why earned paid sick days are important to you and your family. The date is Tuesday, December 7, 2010, from 8 AM to 10 AM at United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, 1709 Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
