So many of us are rightfully outraged at abortion bans in Georgia and Alabama, and of course we stand with our allies in every state.
But did you know that Pennsylvania lawmakers announced they’re introducing a six-week abortion ban here?
Pennsylvania Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Clinton/Centre) formally circulated a memo announcing her intention to waste legislative time to promote this blatantly unconstitutional abortion ban. You might remember Rep. Borowicz from when she made national headlines for all the wrong reasons.
The six-week ban arrives in Pennsylvania just as another abortion restriction heads to the state Senate. House Bill 321 targets families given a prenatal diagnosis for Down syndrome for to deprive them of their constitutional rights within the borders of Pennsylvania. HB 321 passed the House 117 – 76.
Find out if your Rep. voted to deprive certain families of their Constitutional rights here.
We hope you join us, wherever you are.
